ANZAC Day Ceremony

By April 30, 2024 All News
Today our students and staff came together, starting their first day back for Term 2 with a beautiful ceremony to remember our ANZAC heroes
It was a privilege to welcome back bagpiper, Dougie McFarland, who’s music filled the hall in a solemn but beautiful sound. We are also immensely proud of Liam D from Year 10, who played the Bugle for the Last Post.
Our student Leaders and special speakers, Luke S from Year 8, and Lilly H, Evelina S, and Chloe M from Year 12, brilliantly conveyed the importance of ANZAC Day and the significance of what our ANZACs endured so that we can live freely as we do today.
The ceremony concluded with our Leaders laying a wreath by our College ANZAC memorial.
We are proud of all our students for their respect and reverence during the service, and extend a very special thank you to Dougie for being a part of this special event.
LEST WE FORGET ❤️
