Last week we hosted our annual Christmas in July luncheon for our St Peter’s Community. Our very talented Year 11 VET Hospitality students, guided by their incredible teachers, presented two delicious courses of Michelin Star standard!
The luncheon, which forms part of the students’ assessment task, was held in our fully equipped Trade Training Centre kitchens and café. The venue was transformed into a magical Christmas wonderland to set the scene for our guests.
This event is such a beautiful way to bring together our wonderful community, building our relationships and connections.
