On Wed 8th March SPCC held its annual schools clean-up where homeroom groups from all years were involved in a clean-up of the school.
Since 1992, schools across Australia have got stuck in and made a real difference to their environment and local communities through participating in a Schools Clean Up.
We combined with over 2,000 preschools and primary schools and high schools who participated and it allowed our students to take 20 mins out of their day to do something for the greater environmental good of the College.
Thank you to all teachers and students who made an immense contribution to the litter at our school. The message of the day was also to pledge to make an ongoing change to how we all think about waste and contribute to the generation of it.
Thank you to the Environment Leaders Myer and Josh who supported this event.
