Our Marine Studies and Earth & Environment students had an unforgettable 3 days on Lady Elliot Island! With up to 10 snorkels, they experienced the reef up close—spotting whales, reef sharks, turtles, manta rays, colourful fish and stunning coral.
Students also took part in a reef walk, fish feeding, and learnt about the island’s important conservation efforts through engaging educational talks.
A huge thank you to the dedicated teachers who organised this opportunity and ensured everyone had a safe and memorable experience in and out of the water!
