Our Stage 5 Marine Ecosystems & Sustainability class recently travelled to Darling Harbour for a day of all things marine! First stop was the Australian National Maritime Museum where students toured the WWII Naval vessel, HMAS Vampire, before exploring maritime exhibits and stepping aboard solo-adventurer Kay Cottee’s yacht. Next stop was SeaLife Aquarium where students explored the biodiversity of the marine environment, observing fish and mammal species up close! A great day was had by all, with a special thanks to Miss Miller who accompanied the students on the day.
