October School Holiday Trading Hours
The uniform shop will be open the second week of the holidays on Thursday 10 October 8am – 10am.
Normal Opening hours
During school terms shop opening hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8.00am to 9:30am. Online ordering 24 hours a day with pick up from the Cowan & Lewis shop at St Peter’s during open hours or by a delivery option.

Open extended hours at other times to assist parents in preparing for the coming new school year. Please check the website link above for opening times.
Stock
All articles of uniform clothing and bag (except shoes) are available ONLY at Cowan & Lewis. These items are compulsory.
Shoes
Black, leather, lace-up shoes that can be polished (not sneaker or jogger type) is the only acceptable footwear to be worn, due to safety requirements.

Seasons
Summer uniforms worn in Term 1 and 4 with winter uniform worn Term 2 and 3.
Sport
Students are only to wear sports uniform for the full day of their designated sports day.
Stationery
Stationery lists are available on Compass. These items can be purchased at your local retailer. Please note no stationery will be available for purchase at Cowan & Lewis.
Girl’s Uniforms
Junior Girls’ Summer Uniform (terms 1 & 4)
- College Dress, knee length
- Black leather lace-up shoes that can be polished (e.g. Clarks)
- White socks with College trim
- Hair ties in black or navy blue only
Junior Girls’ Winter Uniform (terms 2 & 3)
- College short-sleeved white blouse with trim
- College tartan kilt-style skirt, knee length
- College crested jumper
- College blazer
- Navy 70 denier opaque tights (no knee highs stockings)
- Black leather lace-up shoes that can be polished (e.g. Clarks)
Senior Girls’ Summer Uniform (terms 1 & 4)
- College tartan kilt-style skirt, knee length
- School short sleeved white blouse with school coloured trim
- White ankle socks
- Traditional school black leather that can be polished, lace-up school shoes
Senior Girls’ Winter Uniform (terms 2 & 3)
- As Junior Girls except for blouse, which is Senior style
Boy’s Uniform
Junior Boys’ Summer Uniform (terms 1 & 4)
- College short-sleeved polo top
- College cargo style shorts
- College sand-coloured long socks with trim
- Black leather lace-up shoes that can be polished (e.g. Clarks)
Junior Boys’ Winter Uniform (terms 2 & 3)
- College short-sleeved shirt
- College trousers
- College junior tie
- College crested navy jumper
- College blazer
- Sand coloured socks with College trim

- Black belt (No Logo)
Senior Boys’ Summer Uniform (terms 1 & 4)
- Short-sleeved school white shirt to be worn tucked in
- Long trousers in school colour
- College sand-coloured short socks
- Black belt
- Traditional school black leather that can be polished, lace-up school shoes
Senior Boys’ Winter Uniform (terms 2 & 3)
- Same as Senior Summer, plus senior tie, school navy jumper or vest
- Navy blazer
Jewellery, make-up and hair
Jewellery (Years 7 to 10)
- 1 pair plain classic style gold or silver studs or sleepers in lower ear
- No other part of the face is to be pierced except the lower ear lobes
- 1 watch
- Band-Aids or clear studs are not acceptable on ears
- 1 classic gold or silver chain
- Bracelets and anklets are not to be worn
- Only classic simple jewellery is to be worn
Jewellery (Years 11 and 12)
- Only classic simple jewellery is to be worn
- No other part of the face is to be pierced except the lower ear lobes
- 1 watch, 1 ring, 1 bracelet
- Band-Aids or clear studs are not acceptable on ears
- 1 pair studs/sleepers/suitable earrings
- Anklets are not to be worn
- 1 traditional necklace may be worn but not outside the blouse/shirt
Make-up and Hair Guidelines
- Hair should be clean and well groomed and complement the uniform.
- No extremes of hair length, i.e. either too long or too short or a mix.
- Hair of collar length is to be tied back.
- Make-up should be minimal and nail polish should look natural.
- All male students should be clean-shaven at all times.
- Hair should not be dyed or streaked in a colour which is unnatural for the student.
