Last night our students from Year 9 Photographic Digital Media and Visual Arts had the most fantastic experience “Painting with Light”. They had the privilege to learn exciting and new photographic skills from renowned Professional Light Painting Photographer, Peter Soleness.
The photographic workshop was held at St Peters ‘after dark’, and the students manipulated ‘light’ and used long exposure photography to create dynamic photographic imagery. Optic Fibre whips, saber swords, hoola hoops, orbs and coloured torches were all used to create some of the amazing images from our students.
We would like to thank Peter Soleness for his time and for working with our students to create a fun ‘hands on’ experience.
