After dominating the Central Coast Schools Cup and only having 3 points scored against them the whole competition, the Senior Girls AFL team were off to compete in the State Championships, held last Thursday 15th June.
Representing the Central Coast, our girls faced teams representing the South Coast, Hunter and Northern NSW regions. Unfortunately, the girls came up against some tougher competition suffering very close defeats to Endeavor Sports High and Tomaree High School. The day finished on a positive note though, with a 5-goal victory over the Northern NSW team, resulting 3rd place in the State for our St Peter’s team. Well done girls on a fantastic result at that level!
