Yesterday, the College Girls and Boys Junior soccer teams participated in the Broken Bay Gala Day at Cromer Park.
Our girls worked hard through each game with a 1-0 win and a 4-3 win, a 1-0 loss and a 1-1 draw taking them to the semi-finals. The girls approached the semis with determination but finished with a 3-0 defeat.
The boys worked hard at a 10-0 win, 2-1 win and a 2-1 loss, taking them to a tough 1-0 win in their semis game against St Edwards. The final game was back and forth against St Leo’s but Phillip A scored the winning goal and brought our boys to a victory of 1-0.
Well done to both teams!
