St Peter’s Alumni Emma Peat boasts inspiring success in the business world. If you recall Emma operated a cake decorating business whilst at school and gained numerous awards for her VET Hospitality, including the prestigious NSW State Training Award. Emma now operates her own doughnut business, with two Daily Dough Co stores on the Central Coast, that employs around 40 people.
